Masooma is an extremely talented lash lady. She made sure that the lashes were going to suit my face without looking too heavy. And the fact that she's local is even better! Very meticulous and pays really close attention to detail. I got EXACTLY what I was after and I will definitely be back!

The service was really good. Relaxed and hair so clean. Maybe a little more privacy than shear curtains between beds. Change room had vacuum and other equipment stored in there . Other than that ladies were very friendly and massage was good.

Very friendly and family environment, very clean and fresh looking clinic. Numbing cream barley works on me but Anne was so patient and she reapply and wait till I was completely pain free before she continued. She was very gentle with each stroke. I'm in my early 50s, have done brow featuring many times at high end places around city and Southbank areas, but always feel like they never cared about my pain, like quick and get out. But this one I highly recommend for anyone who scare of pain as I can ensure that you barely feel it here 😆

I was an hour late due to the huge accident in the tunnel but I still received a kind greeting from my technician (I couldn't remember her name). This made me feel really welcome. However, she gave me a brife explanation of the procedure in which involving brows shaved. I didn't expect this. It makes me a little nervous, but nevertheless, it will grow back. After the procedure, the skin that had been laser will become darker and eventually will peeled off after a couple of days. The result is quite amazing. About 90% of ink has been removed, and this is my first treatment. I'm very satisfied.

They were lovely! I have very long thick hair and was surprised how soft my hair feels! One suggestion is maybe on the booking confirmation email a little blurb on what to expect would be good
