I had a great experience at Bitter Sweet Beauty Lounge. Georgina lifted and tinted my lashes and they look incredible. She was so friendly, constantly checked in on how I was feeling, made me feel comfortable and we had a great chat. Would definitely recommend others to come here, great service, incredible beauty therapists & great prices! It’s definitely going to be my new go to.

I've been here a few times to get a spray tan and it's always been good, however today I got a brow lamination and eyelash perm and tint. Holy moly! I'm obsessed! Candace did an AH-MAZING job!!

Amazing beautician! She made me feel completely relaxed and calm during my first visit for an eyebrow wax and tint, eyelash tint, underarm wax, and Brazilian. I was a bit nervous, but her warm and professional approach put me at ease right away. I was so happy with the experience that I rebooked on the spot. Highly recommend!

my experience was good, only down fall I told the lady that dos my henna to go dark but she went light, she replied and said that she thought I would like it cause my hair was light. listen to what you customer wants next time please

Hands down best lashes always leaving feeling like a baddie with a full set..that are actually durable. bonus points for the fortnightly tea time I get to yap about aswell. gorgeous lashes & gorgeous person doing them..win win!!

Lady was lovely. It was very busy so my service took longer than I wouldve liked. Went in to get my brows threaded and came out with a full face wax too. I'm not a fan of constant upselling. Ask me once, sure. But not constantly. Other than that always happy with the service.
