It was fantastic as always! The onlyconstructive feedback i have is there is a displayed drinks menu on offer but when asked the only options given are “tea, coffee or water.” Maybe the drinks menu’s need to be taken away if they are not available. I have been a few times now and it hasn’t changed over the period of my visits. Also when given water i wasn’t given anything else which is totally fine as i didn’t expect anything! But i did notice the client beside me who opted for tea was also given a chocolate. I dont have an issue but i think it would be more professional to offer to everyone.

Every single time ive come. Ive always always been accommodated. Ive changed my sets every single time since i was not sure what i wanted for myself, and never has she made me feel like i was bothering her or making it difficult. Absolutely amazing. After a not so good experience previously from another lash tech I have now discovered eyelash extensions are not meant to be painful or uncomfortable at any stage. My eyelashes look and feel natural. I am ver very happy. Highly recommend Lulu Beauty Room.
