This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

I absolutely love coming here to get my lashes done. They feel so light and you don't feel the glue! I've never had that scratchy prickly feeling when lash glue starts to lift. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience her work.

I love my new brow lamination! I didn't even think it was possible with my eyebrows but it looks amazing. I forgot to pay a deposit for my appoinment but Rachel was so great and squeezed me in between other appointments. Highly recommend as the best place in Perth for eyebrows!

I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

Audrey took such good care of me, gave me a lot of good advice. I did hydrafacial and I felt my skin relive ! Very professional and attentive, with a years of experience, your faces will be in good hands. I add to that that I booked also a lash lift and she has been such honest with me by telling me that I didn't need it instead of trying to get money out of me, she showed good faith, I really appreciate it I recommend 100% ! My recent blow dry was the same quality service I’ve known for years just in Sixteens new space. The new salon is gorgeous, the space is warm and inviting in the vibrant Lathlain place.

Elizabeth did a masterful job tinting my lashes and brows and giving me a very natural looking set of Hybrid lash extensions. She and Rachel were warm and friendly - especially at the end of a long day (my appointment was their last for the evening). I’ve already recommended Rachel Lavelle Brows & Beauty to friends and colleagues, and I’ll continue to sing Rachel’s praises to anyone who will listen. Sadly Elizabeth returns home to the UK before my next appointment, but I know I’m in great hands for all of my self-care needs!
