The service is amazing and very professional. My eyebrows always look on point, and the tint lasts a long time. I love how perfect my brows look. Great conversation too—Rashieda is like my personal therapist. Her collagen powder works wonders; I can really see a difference in my skin, and I no longer feel as fatigued as I used to.

I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

I cannot say enough good things about Kay—her work is the best I’ve ever experienced! The precision, the quality, and the way she customizes each set is truly unmatched. And to top it all off, her studio is beautiful!Honestly, don’t take your time to book her… RUN to book her before all her slots are gone! I left feeling confident, beautiful, and already counting down the days until my next appointment. I will definitely be back—she’s a true gem!
