I feel like I have been totally pampered. Eyebrow shape & upper lip were virtually painless - Upasna has the gentle touch. I am very pale with sensitive skin & was dreading walking back to the car all red. I shouldn't have been worried! I love seeing Sharini to get my hair done. She does an outstanding job every time. Cannot recommend these wonderful women enough.

She was very patient with me, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, she took care and took her time to make the process as painless as possible for me.
