I had the most amazing experience with Joanna! She took amazing care of me. The appointment started with a consultation to go over what my makeup style usually is, she examined my eye shape to make sure she gave me the right curl type to suit my face. During the process Joanna checked on how I was feeling constantly, making sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort (which I didn’t because she was so gentle) she even went above and beyond when I told her my skin doesn’t respond well to waxing she instead used tweezers. I felt Joanna completely tailored the experience for me! I highly recommended her

I thoroughly enjoyed my express facial today and I really thought it was great value for money also. My therapist went above and beyond and really listened to all my concerns, my skin feels amazing and I left as if I was floating on a cloud. I got my nails and the eyebrow trio done and I am absolutely delighted with the results. My nails are a beautiful colour and my eyebrows are exactly the shade I wanted not too dark which is my greatest fear.
