So pleased to find Shasta, superb treatments and such a lovely lady who puts you completely at ease. I'd highly recommend the intimate waxing - I was dreading it but it was pretty much painless and very quick with the hot wax Shasta uses. I'll definitely be coming again, thank you!

Amazing treatment as always. Massage was just right and although facial was advised as express it didn't feel like an express facial it felt like complete relaxing experience

It was my first time at Bay Beauty and had a warm welcome the girls where lovely and chatty ..My nails have been terrible lately so was given advice on what was best for them ..also had waxing done the Lady that did both my treatments was very professional and will definitely be going back again (sorry I'm rubbish with names )
