I’m v fair so always worry how dark the eyebrows will go. Connie listened and I was happy with them. Eyelash tint was also good. The only thing I would say is that the room was fairly dusty, could do with a clean!

Been going to Stacey for ages for nails & eyebrow waxing, would never go anywhere else shes so lovely & I always walk out super happy! Easy location to get to by train and plenty of parking too.

Charlie was incredibly professional, providing assurance and communicative throughout the process. She ensure I was happy and pleased from the initial consultation to the aftercare instructions. My final visit to Hayley as I am moving far away - which is a real shame for me as Hayley has been brilliant the last couple of years with my waxing. ALWAYS highly professional, friendly, and does an excellent job. Don't know how I'm going to manage without her!

I had the best hydrafacial today by Elda. She adapts her approach to your skin type explaining everything and gives advice on how to care for your skin. I also had some waxing done. She is very professional and the shop is very welcoming and clean. 5 stars definitely!

I had my second appointment today for lashes and eyebrows and it was such a lovely experience. Alex is so gentle and professional and really put me at ease. She explains everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m so happy with how my lashes and eyebrows turned out, I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I cannot recommend Hailey enough! Always a great experience and made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I have waxing and the results are great. Should I consider other treatments I would definitely book them with Hailey.
