Charlie was incredibly professional, providing assurance and communicative throughout the process. She ensure I was happy and pleased from the initial consultation to the aftercare instructions. I had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, Nausheen was incredibly welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. She was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The wax used was gentle on my skin, and I barely felt any discomfort. The entire experience was quick, efficient, and relatively painless. My skin felt smooth and soft afterward, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Amazing experience! Came in for waxing and pedicure. The staff are skilled and attentive, the ambiance is chic and relaxing. Must also say the salon is impeccably clean. Would highly recommend!

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted, my eyelashes tinted, a mini manicure with normal nail varnish and a mini pedicure with shellac. I was very pleased with all the services provided, Trupti is lovely and makes you feel comfortable. She did a lovely job and I would definitely return.

My first time of having lash lift and eyebrow wax and tint. Grace was extremely professional and went out of her way to put me at ease. Extremely comfortable beauty “bed”, I felt very relaxed and very very pleased with the results. I will definitely be returning to this lovely salon.
