Always a lovely experience. Lana is very professional yet personable and I really enjoy the treatment and time chatting with her. Best eyebrow and lash tint and eyebrow shape I’ve had in the past 15yrs in various countries. A shame to lose her but wish her all the best! Xxx

This appointment was for my mum who has dementia, I popped on a note on booking has mum sometimes struggles to find the words she wants to say but still loves to chat. She come out feeling like she had met up with old friends! She was treated with respect and dignity at all times she's now knackered from all the chatting and her hair looks fantastic, thank you so much for your kindness and compassion xx

I love coming to have my hair done with Roxanne - been coming for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Friendly, professional and relaxed and I always leave looking 100% better!

I had a lash lift and tint done and eyebrow wax, everything was great i love the results and she was also kind and didn’t make it awkward
