My friend and i really enjoyed our experience at the beauty refinery. It was amazing. The service and costumers care was top notch. I had my body wax done by Pinky and inde, those two lovely ladies were extremely kind and helpful to one another. Their personalities are very bubbly and sweet. I also had a full face wax/threaded by Deep. She was extremely kind, soo sweet and good at her job. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Also met the owner. What a lovely lady. She gave us free chocolate and hand cream after our services for all the pain we had to endure😂 I definitely will be coming again!

I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! Excellent services had my nails done with builder gel for my wedding after a trial 2 weeks ago, it is extremely hardy I put it through it’s paces being a busy mum and it didn’t chip or flake in the whole 2 weeks and my nails grew fabulously just in time for my wedding, would highly recommend for anyone who hates acrylics but wants tough durable nails that look great too!!! Also had an eyebrow wax and a foot massage & peel!! My feet have never looked or felt as good! I absolutely cannot fault the treatments I have received and will definitely be back! Beautiful relaxing location and staff

I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
