Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails. Also had a waxing service, I was a bit nervous and Freya was so professional talking me through each stage and giving me time. Can’t wait to go back again.

I’m absolutely thrilled with how my nails turned out—so neat, clean, and exactly what I wanted. You can tell real care and attention went into the work. 5* treatment as always at Esher. I had an in-depth consultation incl facial imaging to see where my skin needed help the most followed by suggested treatments. It’s a very relaxing, professional space with extensive treatments to suit everyone.

As usual the two members of staff were friendly & welcoming. Georgia was helpful, thoughtful & always explained what she was going to do.
