I go there for wax, lips, eyelashes and eyebrows and she is Grrrreat! 2 of us had our eyebrows ruined by Chelsea's Beauty in Walsall and the damage was severe so Jess is now fixing that for us but it is a challenge, yet she pulled it off so well and has us looking normal again. She is professional, transparent, and honest, rather than saying yes to anything to grab your money.

I cannot stress as to how nervous I was about this but I had no need to be. I was listened to and understood as to what i wanted and got exactly that. I highly recommend The lash and Beauty bar. If I could give more stars I would. I have very beautiful eyebrows now thank you
