Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! Very welcoming on arrival didn’t wait long to be seen by my beautician who might I say is lovely I had Monica first time a month ago so I went with Monica again she’s very professional and we didn’t run out of things to talk about ( very easy to talk to ) once my eyebrows and lash tint was done I was offered a cup of coffee while I was getting my nails done would highly recommend thank you again for my beautiful treatment definitely be booking 🥰

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Shafaq was very sweet and kind. I had eyebrow and upperlip threading which was done very well with minimal pain. Was an amazing experience and I would definitely come again!

After seeing the eyebrows (which Kara done) of my nail lady I wanted them done, had appointment this morning and not long got back and I’m so chuffed Iv sent videos to everyone I know haaaa, Iv never had eyebrows so wasn’t sure if I could get same as my nail lady but Iv got them and I’m bowled over, can’t wait for my eyelashes tomorow then my vitamin b12 on saterday .
