After having a bad waxing experience with a previous company, I was a little nervous about a new business, however, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Charlie was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The room was lovely and clean and bright, and the service itself was great. I have already booked my next appointment and would recommend to anyone.

I had my eyebrows waxed, Rosie was absolutely amazing, once she was done she asked me if I was happy with them and said she can easily make them a bit more thinner if I wanted to. She was very talkative and very lovely, I’ll definitely be going again! :)

This team is highly professional and offers fantastic services! Eyebrow threading can be hard to find, but they do it exceptionally well. I’m also thrilled with my nail designs. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me. Came out feeling really good about myself and the constant compliments from Kat during my appt was a boost. Will definitely be using these on a regular basis going forward.

Such a lovely salon vibe clean and inviting. Nail technician is an absolute artist I always ask for art work and say will you be able to do this and she always blows me away with what I’ve asked for but better her skills are insane. I’ve also had brows tinted waxed and laminated wow lamination I thought I didn’t have much in the eyebrow department well lamination a whole new ball game love them now ❤️❤️❤️❤️
