As always the staff here are all amazing. Normally see Helen and Callie for eyebrows but have been coming to Beauty by Calandra for years because the service and quality has always been brilliant and plus I love the little chats and rapport that's been built over these years. Mel and Elle are lovely - been using Mel for ear/nose/eyebrow waxing for years and she's not only professional but really friendly and a good laugh. Met Elle for my first treatment with her today and had a massage - have had lower back pain for weeks and it feels Soooo much better now! Well worth it! Would recommend these ladies to anyone, great treatments and really friendly service!

The service was amazing. My eyebrows and eyelashes look unbelievable. I suffer from panic/anxiety attacks and they looked after me so well and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. They were patient with me and I couldnt thank them enough. I will be recommending here to all my friends and family!

First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)

Sarah is great at eyebrows! She makes waxing pain free and I actually look forward to getting mine done with her. I always love a more natural look and she is amazing at this and I never realised how much eyebrows could really shape your face when done well. Looking forward to my next appointment already.
