I had reflexology and reiki with Trudy. It was the most amazing experience ! It was fascinating to understand more about my body and how spiritual gifted she is with reiki. I felt renewed after!!! I had a full body massage with Rachel and it was absolutely lovely. One of the best I've had. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to feel relaxed and destressed. Really good value for money. Whilst there I had one of my B12 injections with Alex, I have booked a course of these as it worked out a little cheaper. I have felt an improvement in myself with this injection. Both ladies are very knowledgeable in the services they provide. Thank you very much ladies.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are brilliant, the treatments are superb, the environment is calming, the advice is sound - advice for me and what I need, not to line their pockets.
