The woman was really nice who did my eyebrow tint, I would’ve put 5 stars but the tint was really far above and below my eyebrows that I looked a little nuts going to do errands after!

Just Did my eyebrows with Lisa , she’s amazing and I get my gel nails done with Hannah all the time , she’s also amazing.. My nail polish lasts very long and my nails don’t brake.. simply the best !

I always have my threading and waxing done here and today I had my first facial. It was amazing to say the least ! The staff (especially Wassan) are so friendly, the prices are great and the enviromment is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spa.

Every time I have visited LUX I have never left disappointed. I started going when they opened several years ago, and swear by the salon and their staff. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. Abby is a very professional and friendly nail tech who has keen attention to detail. She is very talented in the freehand designs she has done for me. I get Sandy to wax my eyebrows, and she too has pristine attention to detail regarding my eyebrows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a one-stop-shop salon!

Elva resolved my uneven eyebrows that I disliked for years and I’m totally happy. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was scared this was going to be very painful but Elva and the process were quite gentle. I can’t wait to get something else done!

Omg 😭 Bianca is AMAZING. First of all, her energy and vibe deserve a 5/5 on their own because she made me feel so comfortable and she was so fun. She took time to explain what the process was and what she was doing which is always lovely. Her work is also 5/5!! My brows have NEVER looked better. She even went over our eyebrow goals for me growing them out and what the plan is for upcoming appointments. I feel like I’ve finally found my brow person and I’m so grateful for that! Thank you so much Bianca!!!

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.
