Always provides such a comfortable and welcoming environment. Always has my eyebrows looking perfect and symmetrical. Very happy and clean working area with calming music and beautiful lighting. I have been going to Brittney for quite a while now and she never fails to impress me with her techniques and expertise. Soft handedly, gentle, welcoming, friendly and just always puts a smile on my face. Always leave feeling fresh and relaxed.

I had a truely bliss hot stone massage with Tracey. Then a quick change of rooms to Kimberley who made my eyelashes look gorgeous with a Lash lift and tint and tint for the eyebrows. Wonderful afternoon with two amazing ladies. Highly recommend both these ladies!!!!

Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

I booked a last minute appointment for an eyebrow wax and was able to get in the same morning. Sara was the beautician who did the service. Sara was lovely and respectful and didn't force small talk, allowing that time to sit and relax. She did a good job with the eyebrow wax. I would recommend booking with Sara and will be going back myself.

I live in NSW and literally drive to Toowoomba for her to do my hair and eyebrows. She’s absolutely incredible and knows exactly how to work best with your individual preferences and works with your hair like it’s a work of art. She tells you what will suit your hair best in its care and has never let me down!

As always, Adut did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is very particular and my eyebrows are always perfect.

I had a back neck and shoulder massage. This was performed to perfection. Tracey continued to ask along the way about the pressure and was very considerate with my needs. I also had my eyebrows waxed and trimmed they look great and the whole process was very comfortable.

Honestly love visiting Chelsea, she always does exactly what your after everything & you get the same respect and loyalty every single time she does them! She's so friendly and I honestly have found the best eyebrow lady out !! 💙 My brows are always on point !! 💜💜
