Not only was she exceptionally nice, but she was also incredibly detailed in explaining the entire process to me. She took the time to understand the shape of my eyebrows and how to enhance their beauty perfectly. Plus, it was such a pleasure chatting with her throughout the appointment. My experience couldn't have been better. The girl who did the waxing, I don't remember her name (she's French), has been very careful (and empathetic with my rejection of waxing.. lol) with the wax and very kind! I highly recommend this place, I will return!

Really lovely experience. Had my eyebrows waxed and lashes tinted and a general leg/bikini wax. Just the attention to detail and the checking in (would jou like it darker, more shaped, less bushy etc). Sarah took the time to make sure the result was what I wanted. I really appreciated that!

I had such a great experience getting my brow lami and face wax with Phoebe. She was so communicative prior to the appointment and was always so quick to reply to my questions. I really liked the way she had set up her space, and she made me feel really comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. She was so communicative and professional throughout the lami, telling me about the process and answering any questions I had about it, as it was my first time getting it done. She took really nice care with my eyebrows, and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Phoebe :)
