I always enjoy the waxing service provided. Always made to feel comfortable, especially when getting waxed in those awkward places. So very thorough & attention to detail & recommendations and to better my skin condition. A most wonderful chat is always an added bonus.

Appointment booked and confirmed. When I got there I was asked to come back in an hour. I was told oh we’re busy with walk ins. Don’t accept online bookings if you’re not going to honour them. I made an appointment as I was limited with my time.

Every time I go to Posh Pouts I receive high quality service and the best eyebrows I've ever had! The salon is lovely and I always feel welcomed. Had my in-grown toe nails cleaned and straightened in no time and feels like new! The ladies were lovely and very inviting as they went through the options and explained what might work best for me. They also helped me out with top coat options to maintain cuticle strength and knew exactly how to help me out with my reference photo. She followed the reference and the nails turned out exactly how I imagined. She was very sweet and complimented me as well as checking whether I was happy. We had good laughs and the smiles all round made for such a welcoming and fun experience. Highly recommended.
