Very good as usual. A relaxing experience. My eyebrows looked good with matching shapes as one has a pronounced curve while the other is flattish . Colour good too.

Most relaxing - had foot spa withNicola’s own ingredients - wow! Then lash and eyebrow tint which look gorgeous. Thank you.

I was feeling very nervous before the procedure, but Lucy did an excellent job of putting me at ease. She was very patient, kind, and professional in her approach. Throughout the process, Lucy took the time to explain each step of the procedure to me, which helped me feel more comfortable and confident. She listened carefully to my preferences.
