Sona was amazing. Listens to your needs and works to perfection checking you are satisfied with the work. Since having my eyebrows mapped, shaped and waxed I had 2 people in less than 5 mins ask where I had them done. Will be visiting you again soon!

I love coming to Beauty Refinery and have been coming here for some time now. It's incredibly clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I get my eyebrows and face waxed and must say I'm always left feeling so happy and satisfied! They always get it right with eyebrow shaping and doesn't matter who does it whether it's Minal, Shazia or Halina - all 3 are brilliant and know what they're doing!
