I travel 2 hours to have my eyebrow treatment with Melissa. Melissa talks me through all the steps of the treatment, makes me feel at ease and gives me honest and great advise on beauty. Communication before and after the treatment is brilliant. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I can’t recommend Melissa highly enough!

One of the little gems of Newark. A great team of hairdressers and beauty and nail therapists. Customer service is fabulous, reasonable prices and a great environment to relax and unwind. Can’t wait for my next appointment

This salon understands the importance of caring for the older client along with those who want something more edgy. The Stylists are proficiently dexterous & switch easily from a shampoo & set to the latest technique in cutting & colouring. The Proprietor has made the big step of ensuring all products used fit Eco-standards & Vegan criteria with a recycling scheme that could put many of us to shame. ….. and all the above is why I drive a 60 mile round trip not just for hair management but for my nails, eyebrows & eyelash treatments too.

Jade made my appointment very relaxing as I had never had any eyebrow treatment before. She was first class with everything and I was soon relaxed on the bed staring at the clear blue skies with clouds passing in her lovely see through salon roof. My eyebrows look amazing and she even levelled them up as they have been wonky for years. Lovely little touch giving me a gift bag with eyebrow conditioner and brush to keep them hydrated. I can recommend "Upgraded by Jade" the experience was very positive for me. Thank you Jade I'll be returning for more pampering treatment.
