I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and Ava did a lovely job. She also waxed my top lip, which I hate getting done, and it was less painful and less red and stingy than usual. This was the first time with Ava for either treatment and I will definitely come back k to her. It was also very reasonable, an added bonus.

I have never left a salon loving my eyebrows, my normal routine is to go home and try and scrub the tint off as my eyebrows are so thick and not natural. Today I left Lux feeling so confident with my eyebrows (I have pretty poor eyebrows so to feel like this makes me so happy) Louise was so lovely and professional and what a gorgeous and fun salon she runs. Claire took so much time and care over my eyebrows and lashes. She explained every step and even showed me the mapped out shape my eyebrows would be at the end!

What a fabulous experience! new to eyebrow lamination and lash lift- as a 50 year plus woman they were a bit sparse to start with. The treatment made them look luscious and thick! would highly recommend for anyone, but people my age will see a huge benefit! Louise is incredibly skilled and provided 5* plus service with great follow up after care. I’m just delighted with the results !
