I’d never had laminated brows before and oh my god — I’m never going back to “muggle brows”! They look incredible, and Janine absolutely nailed it. One of the things I love most about going to Butterfly Beauty is knowing I can walk in, completely trust Janine with the shape, colour — everything — and just switch off. I get to lie back, chat absolute nonsense, giggle (a lot), and leave looking and feeling fabulous.

During my eyebrow appointment, she made sure to take her time, paying extra attention to detail and made sure I was happy before she proceeded with the treatment.
