Where do I start, I had eyebrow tattoo removal from over 6 years ago. I was really nervous as I didn’t know the best way to go about this. I met Sarah and she immediately made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions although some may of sounded silly but she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. During the process she was so caring and even the days following she didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

really welcoming &friendly staff. I received a brazilian and then was upsold an eyebrow threading service as i had time up my sleeve. for the following two nights since, overnight, I have experienced intense itchiness and dicomfort from the brazilian. This has never happened to me before. Otherwise I am really pleased with the result of the brazilian. Re the eyebrow threading, this wasn't as precise as I had anticipated and will likely go back to getting my eyebrows waxed, as i have done in the past. I have had to tweeze my own remainder eyebrow stubbs that were missed, and there are a few.

I have been seeing Shammi for her services for a while and have always left so happy. She always exceeds my expectations and makes me feel so beautiful. Her brow lamination and shaping your brows (even when mine are at the worst) have always left me stunned. I have also never let anyone touch my eyelashes before as I’ve never trust anyone, but I received the Lash Botox and definitely can’t go back. Eyebrows turned out a little too dark and I wanted brown for the tint colour on my lashes. Unfortunately, I forgot to specify and no one asked me 🥲 but they still look great! Eyes also stung a bit and couldn’t see clearly for a good 10 mins but I think my eyes are sensitive!
