From the moment I walked in, Rachael made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. She took the time to analyze my face shape and discuss my preferences before starting, ensuring we were on the same page about the look I wanted to achieve. Her attention to detail was incredible. Amber is amazing. I have had my eyebrows done in many parts of the world - from London (where I am originally from) and many places between there and here. She is very skilled and offers a completely personal service as well as being such a lovely person. her attention to detail and how much she cares about her customers' experience is amazing and appreciated.
