My eyebrows were not done well this last time

First time I’ve done a lash lift, tint and eyebrow tint. I didn’t catch the staff’s name but she was amazing at explaining the steps to me and making me feel comfortable. Absolutely love the end results!

Absolutely 5 stars for this place. I went for an eyebrow thread and henna tint. I must admit - I’ve had some pretty awful experiences in the past from brow beauticians, where I’ve tried to ask for corrections with shapes they’ve done, tried to ask for more henna, etc., but Arman was fabulous in all ways. She was so thorough and asked me which exact shape I wanted and if each step she did was ok. She talked through what she thought would work for my brows and took my preferences with ease. The shape is absolutely perfect as well as the colour. She has shaken my fear of rolling the dice seeing
