Very good facial however a little disappointed because when I arrived I asked for my eyebrows to be shaped but was told that the therapist who was doing my facial was not trained to do waxing. There was no consideration, no plan made to perhaps ask another therapist to do the waxing whilst the other therapist continued with my foot massage etc. I'm certain a little bit of thinking outside of the box could have resolved this. In addition, please can I ask that a lamp be used in the room as it is hard to relax with such a bright light overhead.

I had done combination brows and it was the most amazing and comfortable experience ever. Tamlyn is so kind, professional and friendly. I absolutely love my eyebrows.. The shape is stunning.. I've never had eyebrows like this. She also did lash lift for me and my lashes are looking so beautiful and curly. Now they stand out more when I apply my mascara. Thank you Tamlyn for making me to wake-up with makeup.

Everything was absolutely great, the one little issue I had was that I did the eyebrow tint and wanted the wax as well. However we did the tint and I was told the wax was cold and couldn’t be done at all and I walked out with extremely busy dark eyebrows and it looked like a unibrow and was so upset. Maybe tell customers before hand that the wax is cold then at least we can decide beforehand if we still want to do the tint.
