Karla always made sure you were comfortable told you what to expect which was a bit of a oh ok but once we got into it with the fat freeze 5 min later didnt feel a thing as Karla, said so it was spot on, your obviously not going to see results over night it takes time and I can't wait to see the difference, I highly recommend fat freezing or any other service Karla has to offer. Friendly person that makes you so relaxed and comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a Hot Stone Massage followed by a Mindful Facial. it was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I’ve ever had.. The Hot Stone Massage was pure bliss. It melted away every trace of tension in my muscles and left me in a deep state of relaxation. The mindful facial was equally impressive. It wasn’t just about skincare; instead a full sensory experience. It was physically nourishing and mentally soothing and my skin felt incredible. Overall I felt lighter, refreshed, more centred and completely pampered. Would totally recommend!!
