Charlie was incredibly professional, providing assurance and communicative throughout the process. She ensure I was happy and pleased from the initial consultation to the aftercare instructions. Just got home after an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G facial & Reflexology treatment. This was my first visit to Footprints & meeting the lovely Jane & it DEFINITELY won’t be my last!
