WOW! Joanna is amazing. From the very start she was very warm, kind and just easy going. The whole set up was quick and professional and she listened as what i was looking for. We had a great chat whilst she was doing her magic. Which is exactly what she created. The end result had me speechless, honestly the best brows and eyelashes, was 1000x better than anything i could have imagined. Joanna is very skillful and knowledgable. Im a lifer! Been here before for LVL and tint, so thought I’d try them for PDO’s. I have had PDO’s elsewhere previously and they were really painful even though they injected lidocaine and I had really bad bruise and two holes in my eyebrows. Those PDO’s were cogs ones and did t work for me. Came here the felt them (even though I have thick skin lol 😜). No swelling no bruising and they feel amazing. I’ve attended the clinic twice within the last week . Becky has been great both times , her massages a great. She’s so welcoming and caring making sure ur all okay pressure is fine ect . I’ll be returning from now on as I’ve had few bad experiences with previous masseurs. Thanks again 5 star
