Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! I spent a lovely couple of hours with Emma being pampered. The tropical deluxe facial is just amazing. She’s such a warm and welcoming lady with an aim to relax you - it works! She’s done a fab job tinting my brows and lashes and giving them a lift!

I had my eyebrows one by sue. She is so amazing at eyebrows. Sue did them really well. I was very happy with them. Was very chatty which was really nice, Then Marie did my nails which are just amazing and then she did my facial. And she was so good. I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience and felt really haply to be there, and I left feeling refreshed. So thank you to you Marie and sue. You were amazing, i will see you soon. It was my first visit with Resiân today. She is so lovely, friendly and caring. She advised me of my options as my eyebrows were tattooed in the past and they went too deep. I really appreciated the honesty and care over my decision. I had hybrid eyebrows for the first time and I am so pleased with the results. I love my brows again 🤗. I can’t wait for my next visit

Really good first experience for hair cut & colour, Natasha was very welcoming and informative. Also Mahab is excellent, the eyebrows treatment she provides are always done to a good standard and look sharp
