I have never gotten anything done to my eyebrows and I was really nervous but Pheobe was amazing! She was super gentle, very detail oriented and super attentive to make sure I was comfortable! I will definitely be coming back! My eyebrows have never looked better! 10/10 would recommend!

First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. First of all the decor is so stunning! Each room has been beautifully decorated which made it feel so welcoming. I had the pleasure to meet with two wonderful women. They were both so kind-hearted and down to earth. I didn't feel like I was just a number. I walked out of there feeling cared for and beautiful ✨🤍✨

I have been going to this salon for many years and always have a positive experience! Mostly I have curly hair cuts and colours with Anissa who I would describe as a "hair artist." I always learn something new about caring for my hair when I visit, and am always happy with the care and attention that I get. I have also had services with other staff, including eye brow tinting and other hair services when Anissa has not been available. All are excellent and attentive!
