Simply amazing! The service was flawless from start to finish. I was feeling down because of my hair — it was completely off from the color I wanted. But he transformed everything! He listened carefully, truly understood what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and the result was even better than I imagined. Wow! I'm so impressed with my eyebrows and lashes! Her attention to detail is impeccable and I feel so beautiful after my appointment. She was also super gentle with me (I'm a wuss when I get my eyebrows threaded) and she allowed me to have breaks.

Lucy is incredibly nice and accommodating. She even adjusted her schedule to fit me in, which I really appreciated. The eyelash lift and eyebrow lamination turned out amazing—I love how natural yet defined everything looks. My lashes have a beautiful curl that opens up my eyes, and my brows are perfectly shaped and laminated, giving them a fuller and more polished look. Licy was gentle, meticulous, and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to friends!
