Appointment booked and confirmed. When I got there I was asked to come back in an hour. I was told oh we’re busy with walk ins. Don’t accept online bookings if you’re not going to honour them. I made an appointment as I was limited with my time.

Had such a great experience at Lash Envy. My previous lash salon moved too far for me to justify the travel and given I have very sensitive eyes and lashes that don't hold a curl very well I was not sure I'd find a good replacement. Lash Envy came through with the goods! Caitlin was lovely. Friendly, professional and helpful. Will definitely be back.
