The Echo is conveniently located near my house, and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I booked both a haircut and eyebrow threading with Niani. I arrived early, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Niani was wonderful. She kindly suggested a haircut style that would suit me and offered great advice for my hair. I have seen Mel for multiple piercings as well as my eyebrows regularly. She is always fantastic, makes the uncomfortable process of getting pierced as pleasant as possible. She is also just super lovely and wonderful to see! Would recommend her any day :)

I can not express how greatful I am for the team at Echo my hair was ruined by a previous hair dresser, I have been so embarrassed by it for the past 7 weeks, the ladies all worked together to creating a healthy beautiful colour and style while at fixing my eyebrows and lashes at the same time I truely can’t thank them enough!
