Overall I had a nice experience, like my haircut and Moroccan bath treatment. It'd be better if they inform about additional charges for some services like a luffa in advance, so I'd at least have a choice

Hair looks and feels amazing! Eyebrows shaped and colored exactly the way I want it. I love how they always ask if it is dark enough, ensuring me that they will always put on some more tint, and that it is no effort! I just love that!

Arrived today early, I was shown to my seat and offered a lovely coffee. Shirley started my pedicure treatment early and Nisha gave me an arm and head massage which was bliss. Shirley did an amazing pedicure and polish, given my feet have not seen daylight in the last 18months. Cleaned and polished to perfection. Nisha did an amazing job threading my eyebrows, perfect shape and checking I was happy. A full set of classic lashes by Shirley and a little nap! I haven’t had lashes for so long but I love them, really natural and quickly done. Great service and coffee ❤️❤️ Thank you ladies.

Great hair cut, very fast considering I have very thick hair and the blow drying afterward was great and gave it lots of shape! Also added a charcoal face mask and eyebrow threading which wasn’t too painful even for my first time!

I had a great experience with expert ayesha. Calm atmosphere.

Carly is so lovely, makes you feel super comfortable and talks you through every aspect of your appointment. She makes suggestions based on her expertise but everything is left for you to decide, she is never pushy. Really great, relaxing experience even when having microneedling. The cryo massage at the end is my favourite.

My daughter and me had a great experience at refresh. A curly cut and teenager cut and blowdry was done very professionally. They also have the flexibility to do eyebrows threading and tinting when I hadn't planned that. Very happy we found Refresh!!!

Carly is the sweetest , positive kind soul with amazing hands, made my tired skin look and feel great!
