I had a back massage with Lou, and it was exactly what I needed. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my preferences, adjusting the pressure to suit my needs. It made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt throughout the session. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I left feeling much more relaxed. Highly recommend Lou!

Very helpful and ensured that everything is always perfect. Louisa is the first person I’ve trusted to wax my eyebrows in a very long time since having bad experiences as a teenager, she is utterly amazing and the process is so easy, careful and effective. My eyebrows look perfect! I’ve been getting my eyelashes lifted and tinted by Louisa for a few months now and they are always perfect! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The experience was very good, lovely atmosphere, smart decor, and Jasmine was lovely, so welcoming from the greeting, explained everything in detail, and I felt very comfortable. My experience was the Brun spa package, with a bikini wax and eye brow shape. I will definitely return.

Thanks to my anxiety, this was my first visit to a salon in years - now that I've been, I'm definitely coming back. Jasmine was an absolute diamond - I was the only client present at the time, so she checked me in, gave me a fantastic facial, took care of my eyebrows (they look amazing!), and saw me out. A super relaxing and comfortable experience overall, with really affordable pricing. Definitely recommending to my friends.
