Although I have been going to Charlotte for manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials for about 16yrs. I was excited but still a little nervous to undergo Eyebrow Microblading ………..She was absolutely amazing as always ! I cannot recommend her enough. The room was even more spotlessly cleaner than normal plastic cling film over EVERYTHING it looked like a private doctor’s surgery (with the exception of very well chosen music on in the background) and then I relaxed. The whole experience was lovely and my eye brows have never looked this good for many years. Thank you Charlotte xx

Had nails, feet and brow shape and tint done by Carmen today. My first time here, have been to many other places. This by far is the best. Carmen is lovely, I felt very relaxed, would highly recommend. Definitely returning !!

Such a wonderful afternoon at Charlotte Elizabeth, I felt comfortable and relaxed whilst having my treatments. I’m so pleased with the results from my brow lamination and LVL. My nails look perfect, nothing I asked for was too much trouble and I’m looking forward to going back for my next appointment.
