Was rather nervous for the new eyebrows I wanted. Mubina spent a long time going over everything and checked with me every step of the way. She achieved a fantastic outcome, exactly what I hoped for and will certainly use this very professional and lovely lady for other things. Why was I worried? Silly me !

First time having my brows laminated and I couldn’t recommend Jess more! She took the time during my consultation to really understand what I wanted, so there were no end result surprises. She was also very thorough in ensuring I understood the aftercare process which was very helpful, even giving me my own spooly. Loves my lashes
