Mary was so welcoming and friendly. I usually feel really uncomfortable in settings like that but she put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained start to finish and all set up on arrival. Amazing at what she does and felt at ease and so comfortable. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for lovely experience. Can’t wait to come back! Xx

Lucy has been doing my lashes for a few years now. She is amazing at all things lashes and brows and has been in the beauty industry for years. She is meticulous and professional and will always advise her you on the correct extensions to avoid damage to your natural lashes. Literally, the best lash and HD brow tech in St Albans and Hertfordshire. Her at home salon is clean, welcoming and cosy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you so much Lucy! ❤️

I had brown lamination at the lodge today. The ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lodge itself is lovely and clean. Love the results. Will definitely be returning for this again, and maybe even some extra treatments next time. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing, I went in for a facial, lash lift, and brow tint and wax. Both the ladies were amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I am beyond happy with the results and cannot thank them enough.

The Best

My experience at the Lodge was better than a 5 star rating. I was made to feel comfortable, calm and welcomed. During my treatment both ladies checked up on me and made sure I was in no pain what so ever. It was a pain free treatment and will definitely be returning in the future. Xx

Went back to Emma for my 6 week top up. She was able to see which parts of my brows needed topping up and listened to my feedback about which bits I wanted more defined. I’m very happy with the end result. She has provided and after care pack with instructions. Great service! Will definitely be returning for top ups in the future. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! Had such a lovely experience there. Staff were super friendly and caring. Beautician (M) took her time, which was good as she paid attention to details.
