The decor and ambiance inside Elysian Parlour is gorgeous. It feels very boujie! I booked 4 different treatments as I was going on Holiday. I booked individual eyelashes, brow tint and gel polish on hands and feet. The staff were very friendly and professional. Everything appeared very clean and I felt comfortable. Cons: it was very cold inside (I was offered a blanket which I do appreciate). -I was there over 4 hours and wasn’t offered any refreshments. I just think it would help elevate the experience that little bit more. Other than that I think it’s a lovely place and I will be back!

Completely new to all this and she not only made me feel at ease, but is responsive, answered all my questions and most importantly did a brilliant job on my brow lamination and lash lift and tint!

I love the booking system for Kreep, so simple to use and I personally like being able to see the days and times - as well as the treatments available too. I always arrive to a warm welcome at Kreep, and continue to come and have treatments with Tamara. I’ve had my brows and lashes done at numerous places before but Tamara is amazing! She is so gentle, makes you feel welcome, really friendly and superb at what she does - especially her brow laminations! Carrie has given me eyebrows I am super proud of today. They were overplucked and sparse, but the lamination treatment Carrie did has completely transformed them. The procedure was quick, simple and painless, I'd recommend it 100% 😁
