Just great as always! I had a problem with my appointment timings and Nicola was patient and flexible rescheduling me without complaint and fitting me in probably at the expense of her own time. My 13 year old has just had her eyebrows waxed for the first time. She was quite nervous before she went, but Nic made her feel so comfortable and was absolutely lovely with her. My daughter loved it all so much that she has come away and asked me to book the next one already. Thank you so much for giving my daughter a lovely experience.
