Piera was incredibly warm and welcoming, she instantly puts you at ease. I booked in for a brow lamination refresh and wax, and I’m so pleased with the results. I had such an amazing experience! The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep twice. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, just how I like them. Polly was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and completely at ease throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with both treatments. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... I AM GOING BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER ... I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10.

Very happy with my brows- therapist checked and was careful about colour and keeping them natural as I requested.

Becca excellent as always! I had booked in for a lash lift along with my manicure but, ever the professional, Becca advised me that the previous lash lift she'd given me was still there (8 weeks later!!! Pretty amazing!) and she didn't want to risk damaging my lashes at all, so instead we went for a brow lamination which was fab!

Rena was lovely and did a great job! Really liked the way she did my eyebrows

I had a deep tissue massage. I like a firm pressure and have pre existing injuries causing muscle tightness. The massage was spot on and I feel relaxed. I will be going back. If you need a massage and want a quiet relaxing spa in Stratford do t go anywhere else

Another exceptional wax by Kamini, not a single hair left behind! She also threaded my eyebrows for the first time and I loved that she actually took the time to discuss what I wanted and checked halfway through to make sure she was going in the right direction and I was happy. Thank you!
