Very welcoming, especially for those of us who've rarely left home in the past 2 years. special thanks to KellyAnne who not only made me feel so welcome and relaxed but instinctively knew what I wanted, skilfully interpreting my vague mutterings. Booked an appointment for a colour, can't wait. Then possibly get some eyebrows, thanks ladies x
