I've always had a phobia of someone being near my eyes but Tracy made my first experience getting a lash lift so easy! She talked me through the whole process to put my mind at ease and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I absolutely love my lash lift and brow lamination and after never being able to have someone near my eyes before I'm already excited to book in again with Tracy!

Met Caitlin today for the first time. She was very good. I am very nervous with eye treatment as my eyes are sensitive. She kept me talking to distract me and she listened to my request at keeping things natural. I am very pleased with the result on my eyebrows and lashes.

Just the best experience as always. How much, I’m sure, we’ve all missed this amazing team. Felt very safe and all care taken re cleanliness etc. Nails and brows looking as they should and now looking forward to my regular appointments.
