Maddi is a fantastic therapist and talks you through treatments clearly that you've not had done before so you feel more confident as a customer. Dionne made the whole experience so comfortable! I will definitely be booking for more treatments. I had a restyle and blow-dry, brow lamination and hybrid lashes. I've had nothing but compliments today. I suffer with anxiety and normally become very anxious in a 1to1 situation and making small talk but there was no pressure! I highly recommend Dionne and cannot wait to go back myself! X

Rose was amazing when it came to my brow lamination. Rose talked me through growing my eyebrows to gain a better shape before the lamination. This was a hard process for myself but Rose supported me through the whole process and the reward at the end was incredible. Great work and would highly recommend.
